Sanchez Bros Custom Exteriors, Inc. As the name suggests, we are much more than a “roofing” company. Roofing & Siding? Absolutely! Rain Gutters and quality Leaf Relief Gutter Covers? Of course. No matter the job, we make the process easy on you!

As a total custom exterior contractor we can help you achieve your ultimate dream when building new, remodeling, or adding on to an existing home. We are a family owned & operated company and have been a part of the Northern Colorado community for more than 15 years.

Fully insured for both liability and workers compensation. We use Owens Corning, Certainteed, and Tamko products. We are an active member of the Better Business Bureau and can provide referrals upon request. If you are looking for a good local contractor for roofing and siding repair Sanchez brothers is a good choice. I used Sanchez Brothers to replace the siding and a damaged window on my house caused by a hail storm a couple years back. Marcos (Sanchez) was easy to work with and was prompt and responsive in returning phone calls and emails. He worked closely with my insurance company and was very helpful in getting an acceptable settlement from them for everything that needed to be done. They did excellent work and completed the job on time and for the price agreed upon with my insurance company. He didn't try and nickel and dime me for extra charges beyond what the insurance company agreed to pay. All in all my work with Sanchez Brothers was an excellent experience.

I had the soffit and facia replaced and new down spouts installed on my home. Marcos was awesome to work with. When I called to see if he could come take a look, it was that very day that he came by. He called almost everyday before the work started, on the day the work began he came by at the end of the day to check on things. If I would not have been satisfied I have no doubt he would have made it right. Great company to work with!

Timely, professional response. Work was completed within expected timeframe and bid estimate. Professional crew with quality work and site was so clean you'd hardly know they were there. They replaced the gutters on back of house but hope to eventually do the front as well!
